Individual therapy for adults in California
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges and diagnoses. Sessions are available via telehealth throughout California.
What to expect
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping for. There's no pressure to share everything at once — we go at your pace.
Ongoing sessions are 53 minutes and typically held weekly, though we can adjust frequency based on your needs and schedule. I offer telehealth sessions for clients throughout California.

Areas of focus
Depression
CBT, DBT, and compassion-focused approaches
Depression is more than sadness — it can be a heaviness that makes everything feel distant, colorless, or exhausting. In our work together, we'll explore the roots of what you're experiencing, gently challenge the thoughts that keep you stuck, and build pathways back toward connection and meaning.
Anxiety
CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, physical tension, avoidance, or a sense that something bad is always about to happen. I'll help you understand your anxiety patterns, develop tools to regulate your nervous system, and build a more grounded, confident relationship with uncertainty.
Bipolar Disorder
Psychoeducation, DBT, and CBT
Managing bipolar disorder requires consistency, self-knowledge, and a space where you can process both the highs and the lows without shame. I offer a steady, non-judgmental presence to help you build stability, understand your patterns, and develop a life that supports your wellbeing.
PTSD
Trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT
Trauma can live in the body, in our relationships, and in the stories we tell ourselves about who we are. With care and at your pace, we'll work to process what happened, reduce its hold on your present, and help you reclaim a sense of safety and wholeness.
Psychotic Disorders
Psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and CBT
Living with a psychotic disorder — or supporting someone who does — can be isolating and overwhelming. I provide a steady, informed, and compassionate presence to help individuals and families build understanding, develop coping strategies, and navigate daily life with greater stability.
